When setback strikes, how can we learn to deal with them? Especially if we were so reliant on something or someone and it’s not longer available to us. It can be a real struggle at the best of times to keep a lid on anxiety, so how do we manage when this happens?
The question is: How can you handle anxiety when you have been doing well and then you go backwards. And how to move forward if something that was in place before isn’t there anymore?
